Cooper Creek: Home is where the heart is for this Oklahoma family
My Review:The Cowboy's Reunited Family by Brenda Minton
4 stars
I have only read a few Cooper Creek novels but have enjoyed all of them that I have read.
This book deals with some hard subjects. Forgiveness, Child illness.
Lots of family that are close together. Some have a easier time welcoming back Jana and forgiving her. While others have a harder time.
The plot is Jana Cooper took her toddler and left the country and moved a lot so Blake could not find his daughter. Now Jana is back her daughter is really ill and she needs Blake.
Blake is glad that his daughter Lindsay is back home. He will do whatever it takes to help her. He could turn Lindsay against Jana. But he knows it would not be the best thing for Lindsay. Blake is really angry at Jana and knows he needs to let it go.
Jana is willing to come back to the States to save Lindsay's life. She has no idea if she would be arrested when she entered the Country. She needs to say she is sorry and ask forgiveness.
This is a clean read, lots of drama, emotional, does talk about prayer, but not preachy.
I want to go back and read some of the Cooper Creek novels that I have missed and look forward to some more in the future I hope.
I was given this ebook to read and asked in return to give honest review of it by Netgalley and Harlequin.
