My review: Stars, Stockings, and Shepherds’ by Shersta Chabot Illustrated by Corey Egbert
4 STARS
I need this book to remember what each thing we traditionally decorate means. This is a short 32 page children's book that tells us what stars, Christmas tree reminds us why we use these symbols to remember the birth of Jesus Christ. A lot of time we are so rushed at Christmas we forget what we are celebrating.
Some of the answers I knew and some I had no idea why we use them like reindeer fir example.
I like the bright cheery pictures in the book that Corey Egbert drew.
This is one Christmas book to add to read each year maybe even before we decorate to remind us that it is to celebrate the birth of our Savior.
I was given this book to read so I could honestly review it and be part of Stars, Stockings and Shepherds blog tour.
