Blog Tour Call to Arms by Randy Lindsay $ 10.00 Amazon Gift card Giveaway

Call to Arms blog tour

About the book:
Blog tour: ‘Call to Arms: Nations Fall’The Savior’s second coming is approaching and each member of the Williams family—along with all the other Saints—must decide whether to heed the call to gather. This tense novel takes place in the near future and dives into the wide-sweeping political, social, and religious drama of a family caught between life as it’s always been and a new beginning in Zion.

Joining the military had seemed like the right thing to do, but when war breaks out in Europe Robert wonders if he hasn’t made the biggest mistake of his life. The Russian juggernaut grinds its way toward Italy, the country Robert has grown to love. As one of a handful of American soldiers in the area, he must find a way to help the ragged remnants of NATO’s forces to prevent any more European nations from falling.

While back home, the rest of the Williams family struggles to protect themselves in the face of an impending civil war. The very fabric of society continues to unravel, threatening the destruction of the Constitution and the American way of life.

As Vice President, Calvin McCord continues to defy both sides of the political divide in order to find a solution to the war in Europe, the ravaging of the United States, and an espionage ring within the White House.

My review: Call to Arms by Randy Lindsay

5 STARS

I was drawn right into the story.  I missed reading the first book but plan to read it.  This has drama, action, characters that I cared about.  Some of the war scenes were terrible. But believable.

The drama follows three members of the Williams family and the Vice President of the United States.

Robert Williams has joined the army and war has broken out in Europe. Russia has attacked
Germany.  I really liked Robert and want him to survive the war.  He thinks a lot of the girl he left behind.

John Williams takes his younger children and his wife Becky and go to be in charge of Camp Valiant.
They are gathering the saints in around a farm.  Trying to get community buildings up first.  The people are living in tents.

Sarah Williams does not believe she needs to flee with her family.  She is 18 and is planning to move into a apartment with a friend,  She is also going to work with that friend Brook.  She is out in the world.  With more fights, work place shooting, more drinking,  food shortages.

Calvin McCord is Vice President of the United States.  He is in the opposite political party than the President.  President Boggs is shutting him out of meetings.  His secret service agents our really baby sitters trying to controlling him.  He tries to help.

The book bounces back in between these characters story and I can't wait to get back to the one I just left.  There is so much drama.  You don't want to put the book down.

The book makes you think what would you do?  Would I be willing to go pickup and move?  Christians all over are being hassled. Mormons are thought to be trouble.  A radio jockey is stirring up the people and blaming each other for it.

I hope another book comes out soon.  I want to read more from Randy Lindsay.

I was given this ebook to read by Cedar Fort Publishing.  In return I agreed to give honest review of Call to Arms and be part of its blog tour.
