My Review: Sweet Callahan Homecoming
3 stars
This is one series that I get lost in. I have missed to many or forgotten some of the bigger plot lines. If you have been following this series you will like this one. Not to be missed.
I thought Xay had been running harder from Ashlyn. Now it is Xavier running after Ashlyn and when he finds her he is the one that gets a big surprise 4 babies.
I like that 6 brothers and Ashlyn are willing to protect their family and community. They are willing to fight for what they believe in. They have all sacrificed for the good.
There are some surprises in this book that I expected and some that I did not see coming. Some good and some bad ones.
Most of the characters I understand them and like or hate them. A couple of them don't seem like real people to me, but that good just be me.
The setting is Texas on two big ranches that are close to the borders. Smugglers want the ranches cleared off. Wolf sold his brothers and wives out because he wants to own the ranch and silver.
The story has drama, action, romance, danger , cute babies and a touch of Magic in a wedding dress and Indian faith. A few sex scenes that I skipped over.
I was given this ebook to read and in exchange agreed to give honest review of it by Netgalley and Harlequin.
