My review: Into Dust by B.J. Daniels  (The Montana Hamiltons #5)

4 STARS

Has some good twists I did not see coming.  This is one series that is better to read in order.  It has a bunch of story lines that it continues in each book and always had at least one new one.

This opens right into the mystery Jack Durand sees his father pay a good at his mom's grave.  Jack follows the goon and interrupts him trying to kidnap Cassidy Hamilton.

Cassidy Hamilton is the youngest daughter of Buck Hamilton who is running for President.  He just won the primary.  Cassidy is a twin.  She is in Houston staying with a friend no one else knows she is there.

Jack keeps secrets from Cassidy till he finds out for sure his father his behind the attempted kidnapping.

Cassidy mother Sarah is getting some of her memories back.  She had disappeared for most of Cassidy's life.  She had her memories wiped. She is being blackmailed to make sure Buck stays in the race or Cassidy will be killed.

The Prophecy group is behind  a lot.  They have had sleeping agents with along plan that deals with the Presidency.  Sarah  is part of there plan.  She wanted out that is why they took her memory for 22 years and why they now brought her back.  They have killed and are not afraid to kill again.

If you have been reading this series at all you will want to read this book.  Has more answers to some of the questions,

Has a great tease to what the next book tells us and makes me want to read it right now if I had it.

The setting goes between Houston, Texas and Montana.  to the Hamilton ranch.

A couple of love scenes but easy to skip if you want to.

I was given this Arc from NetGalley and Harlequin to read for free and in exchange I agree to give a honest read of Into Dust.
