Description
Definitely Not Daddy Material!
Jasmine Marks is focused and hardworking, and when she took a job as engineer for Baron Energies, she left behind her support network. Now, the burden of caring for her twin girls is all on her, and she doesn't have time for a dilettante playboy like Jet Baron. Besides, she needs her job, and she can't blow it by getting involved with the boss's son.
On the surface, Jet Barron is a dabbler, dropping into work one day and riding rodeo the next. But when he makes his mind up, he goes for it, full-out. He knows a lot more than anyone suspects, about the oil business, about women. And this woman needs someone to count on—which will be Jet, if he gets his way.

My review: The Texan's Twins by Pamela Britton (Texas Rodeo Barons #3)
4 STARS
The Texan's Twins had me really involved in the characters. The twin girls were so cute, even fighting cute. While they were running tests really had me feeling it. As a single mom having the dad die it is scary when your kids are sick and having no one to rely on.
Jet Barron is a likable guy. He knows nothing about kids and how to deal with them. He likes to do different things and resents having to work in family oil business full time. He likes entering rodeos, flying helicopters, working the family ranch.
Jasmine Marks is the mother of twins. Their father died before they were born. She just moved to town and working full time job. She is an engineer works for Baron oil. Her parents are deceased.
Jasmine and Jet are now working together to drill a new well. They get off to a bad start by Jet thinking his friends are playing a joke and sent stripper out where he is to meet the engineer. Everyone warns Jet to stay away from Jasmine except for work.
The setting is Texas. This is book #3 of The Texas Rodeo Barons all written by different writers. We see a lot of familiar characters that we have read in the first couple of books. Did not really learn anything about the missing mom except that Brock asked Jet to find out what his sisters know about search.
Lots of drama, lots of horses, relationships a few love scenes. Easy fast read.
I have only read a few of Pamela Britton's books before but I like it and would read more from her in the future
I was given this ebook to read and in return I agreed to give honest review of it. Net Galley and Harlequin gave me the ebook.
