Life holds no surprises for Devon Murphy. Her life consists of keeping tabs on her aging Irish father, working part time at a coffee shop, and building her online graphics design business. Devon’s only tricky situation is a shallow relationship with the pampered and affluent Michael Turner, who sees her as just another woman to conquer.
Following his father’s death, Brandon’s only goal is to expand the family business and live life on his own terms. That is, until he walks into the coffee shop one snowy evening and meets the enchanting, red-haired barista behind the counter. But can Devon and Brandon’s attraction for each other be strong enough to help erase their deepest disappointments and renew their faith in God?

Growing up an only child, I had many imaginary friends. I believe this – and a love of books – fueled my desire to write. It was many years later that my dream of becoming a published author came true.
I’m grateful to God for always keeping a story in my heart and hope you are blessed and entertained by my book.

My review: Devon's Choice by Catherine Bennett
Needed tissue for this story, For Happy and sad reasons. I really connected to these characters.
I like most of them and would like to know them in real life.
Devon's Choice is not afraid to bring up prayer, church and God and make it part of the story. It is a clean read.
Devon lives with her widowed father. She works part time at a coffee shop while she is trying to grow her own business. Devon is worried about her father's health. She is dating Michael Turner.
Devon's father likes that Michael Turner is well off. He encourages Devon to keep dating him.
Michael Turner works for his family's construction company. He does not like the fact that Devon has standards. He wants her to work for his family's company. He travels a lot for business.
Brandon Forrester comes into the Coffee shop one snowy day right before closing. He sees Devon and is interested in her. He plows the coffee shop's parking lot while he is there. He asks her out.
I was impressed right away with Brandon plowing the coffee shop's parking lot for them.
I thought the book was good. Would not mind reading another book from Catherine Bennett in the future.
I was given this ebook to read. In return I agreed to give a honest review of Devon's Choice and be part of it's blog tour.
