the adventures of Riley Raccoon by William Trelawny

4 STARS
The Adventures of Riley Raccoon is a good childrens novel. Riley is a loner raccoon who wonders the woods by himself than staying and playing with the others.
One day Charlotte moves into the area.
Charlotte is a force to behold she fights all the other raccoon children and wins all the fights. She even makes Riley fight her so she can say she has beaten everyone. Charlotte is a bully but does not see that.
Riley likes her and shows her his three special places he has that no one else knows of them. Charlotte loves them too. She demands that they protect them and comes up with a plan to scare the kits away from them.

I think that this book would be a good one for parents to read and discus the different ideas in this book. It could be used to teach a lot of different things in it from simple ideas to more complex things for older kids.

I was given this book to read and asked to give honest review from author and Librarythings.
