A Revelation in Autumn (Discovery #5) by Wanda E. Brunstetter
4 STARS
Last night around 10:30pm I decided to start A Revelation in Autumn. I was only going to read a chapter or two, for the cliffhanger ending at Discovery #4. Bad mistake I know me better. Soon it was 1:30 am and I had finished Discovery #6 A Vow for Always. I still wanted more of these characters!
So yes I liked this story. But I would rather have it all at once not one part every month maybe one a day even. This story is good. I love Meredith and Luke. This is not a stand alone book but the same book coming out a section at a time. You want to read it in order.
Book 5 opens with Meredith having her baby inside a Amish buggy with only her younger sister Laurie. It starts strong and I could not put it down.
Jonah finally admits to his family that he loves Meredith and wants to court her after her year of mourning is up.
Laurie is planning her marriage. She is not going to be baptized Amish.
Luke is healing and remembering little things as he gets stronger and healthier. He is growing feelings to Susan but he dares not say anything till he finds out if he is married or where he belongs.
Susan's feelings are strong for Eddie(Luke) but she wants to wait to say anything till he remembers the life he has lost.
I have enjoyed reading this series of Discovery by Wanda and look forward to reading more of her books in the future.
I was given this ebook to read and asked to give honest review of it by Netgalley.
