Now her ex-husband -and former business partner – Jonas Knight reenters her life asking about her most vulnerable client.

Jonas knows his ex-wife helped embezzler Gina Howard elude the authorities and intends to bring the young woman to justice. When Renee is threatened, Jonas grows suspicious of his client’s reason for finding his niece.

My Review: Lost Then Found (New Beginnings #1) by Christina Freeburn

I liked reading Lost and Found. It had some good twists, characters are ones that I cared about and would enjoy seeing more of in the future. It dealt with some hard subjects of abuse and what happens when they stay or what happens when you run.

When Renee's sister was murdered by her husband it affected a lot of lives. Members of her family changed professions, it broke up her marriage. Renee is now hiding those who need to run to protect them.

Jonas is hired to find a girl who stole a check. He figured out that his ex-wife is hiding her. He is afraid that Renee will be brought in for hiding a thief. He just wants to turn the check back over to his client.

Someone is out to get Renee and is putting her in danger. She just wants to protect those who need it. She is hurt by her ex-husband leaving her when she needed him the most.

There are a bunch of characters in this book who I would like to know what happens next in their lives. I like Renee's family even though they got divorced they still care about each other.

For most of the story you are not sure who to trust or not to trust.

Their is plenty of drama, action, danger and relationships with each other. You want Renee and Jonas to communicate better and forgive each other and themselves for their past actions. I did not want to put the book down till I was through reading it.

I like reading Christina Freeburn's books and will read more of them in the future.

I was given this ebook to read and agreed to give honest review of it and be part of its blog tour.
