A Cold Creek Noel by RaeAnne Thayne

4 STARS

A charming romance with lots of animals and Christmas Season. This is a clean read.
Caidy Bowman raises ranch dogs. She lives with her brother on thier family ranch. She is helping her brother take care of his daughter after her mother left.
Caidy and her three older brothers have a time celebrating christmas after thier parents were murdered 11 years ago. They try to keep the children not to know how hard of time they had.
Caidy dog Lucy got attacked by a bull and she was able to pull him out of the way before the bull got too far into him. Caidy rushes her dog to the new Vet in town.
Ben Caldwell is the new Vet. in town. He is rude and taking his bad mood out on her.
Ben is a widower with two children girl 9 boy 5. They are staying in the bed and breakfast because thier house won't be ready till after christmas. Being in a bed and breakfast is hard on his kids and housekeeper.
Caidy has a empty house on the ranch till they can hire a new foreman so she offer it to Dr. Caldwell. Everyone wants to set up Caidy and Ben together, but they don't want to get involved. They are very drawn to each other and everytime Ben kisses her he then apoligizes for it.
I love the big close family the Bowman's have. How they all pulled together after the death of thier parents. One brother is Chief of Police in town his twin brother is Chief of fire and the oldest is in charge of the ranch.
I like the characters in the book and want to see more of them. Especially the little children you just want to give them a hug.
I admit that I did tear up in this novel. Our pets do bring a lot of love and joy into are lives and when they get ill we feel so much. Would like to read more about the Bowman family.
I was given this ebook to read in exchange of honest review from Netgalley.
