Cabin FURvor (A Klepto Cat Mystery Book 16) by Patricia Fry

Cabin FURvor (A Klepto Cat Mystery Book 16)A girls’ fun getaway weekend quickly becomes something that would rival any Fright Night flick. The women run into the infamous mountain monster, they’re visited by an escaped kidnap victim, and they’re privy to rumors of a deranged serial killer who may live secretly in their cabin. Just when Savannah, Aunt Margaret, and their two best friends think the worst is over, they make a grisly discovery that shakes up the mountain community. This thriller is also rich in hilarity and features plenty of cat action, as Rags and his tabby friend Dolly tag along on this fur-raising adventure.

My review: Cabin FURvor (A Klepto Cat Mystery Book 16) by Patricia Fry

4 stars

This is full of mystery, surprises,  and good humor.  Lot of familiar characters with some new ones thrown in to.
Rags is up to his old tricks.  He sure does get around for a house cat.  Rags likes to take things and find clues to crimes too.

Iris Sledge is having a birthday and wants a girl's weekend at her husband rustic cabin out in the middle by itself.  Iris is turning 60.
Maggie is a few months younger.
Savannah is a Vet and owner of Rags. and Maggie's niece. Colbi is going to be Iris's daughter-in-law. She also brought her catT Dolly. They get no cell service and have to row across to get service.
The four get frightened when they find out about the history of the cabin and the murder that is blamed on Amos Sledge.

reading this reminded me as the fun time we had at a old cabin and got scared telling stories at night.  I can see the four of them freaking out.  But were brave to row across a lake at night time.  I don/t know what I would do both options sound scary.

This is a cute fun series.  A clean read too.

Cabin Furvor is the 16th book in the series.  It cab be read by itself. I like to read them in order just because the core characters lives unfold.  but I have also skipped a couple of books and have been able to pick up on the story just find.

I was given this ebook for free by author and in return agreed to give honest review of Cabin Furvor.
