Her Rancher Rescuer by Donna Alward (Cadence Creek Cowboys #6)

Description

Small-Town Girl, Big-Time Crush

Amy Wilson longs to escape the pointed barbs and knowing looks that come with having a certain reputation in a small town. A temp job with CEO and rancher Jack Shepard seems to offer a way out, if only she can stay focused on her goal.

Former world-class athlete Jack is as relationship-phobic as they come, so he's not worried that the soul-shattering kiss he and Amy shared will affect their working partnership. She's a girl who's going places, but Jack starts to wish that maybe he could tag along for the ride…

  • My review: Her Rancher Rescuer by Donna Alward   (Cadence Creek Cowboys #6)

    3 STARS

This is a good romance.  I like the characters. This is the sixth book set in Cadence Creek.  There is one love scene. I like how Jack rescued Amy, then Amy rescued Jack.  Lots of drama,  & fun settings.

Amy Wilson is single and a big flirt.  She worries about her mother being too lonely if she leaves town for school. She wants to make some changes.

Jack Shepard is a former world-class athlete, rich businessman.  He never plans to fall in love again.  He is attracted to Amy but does not want anything but a fling.

Amy has decided to make some changes. She plans to give up looking for Mr. right. She plans to go to school in the fall.  Amy decides to help Jack by working for him over the holidays in Montana. Even though she can't be paid she will get to see if that is the field she wants to go into and she will get travel to the US.

The setting is in two different countries. Both are small ranch communities.

I loved watching Jack and Amy together.  They have a lot fun together.

I was given this ebook to read by Net Galley and Harlequin and in return agreed to give honest review
