Alaskan Search and Rescue: Risking their lives to save the day

My review: To Save Her Child by Margaret Daley(Alaskan Search and Rescue #2)

4 STARS
Search and rescues put so much time, effort and money to help people. I am grateful for the many who do that around the world. This story gives a us a glance at how hard and how important their work is. It shows them working all night to find a gentleman lost from his care center then turn around that next morning and search for three missing boys.

To Save Her Child is full of drama, action, dogs and suspenseful. It is fast paced story you will not want to put it down. It mentions prayers, forgiveness, abuse and hope. It is a clean read.

Ella Jackson is a single mother raising her son Robbie. Her past is a secret. She does not plan to get married again. She works for a Search and Rescue. Now it is her son Robbie who is missing in the Alaskan wilderness.

Josiah Witherspoon has been doing search and rescue for awhile now. He was a Marine, he has been home 18 months. He is still at the office when Ella gets the call that her son is missing from daycamp. He has been having issues with what he went through before he came home. He feels he needs to lookout for Ella and Robbie till they are safe.

Josiah and Ella both have to forgive a person in there past for their sake.

I like the characters and want to know what happens next in there lives.

The setting is Alaska. I would love to see all the wildlife they run into and scenery that Margaret described.
I was given To Save Her Child by Net Galley and Harlequin and in return agreed to give honest review.
